Perfect night for the occasion.
A walk in the rain is fitting.
Water soaked shoes and hair dripping in my face always helps me think.
A nice metaphor for my soul.
Just serves as a reminder.

Don't forget.

I worry, I wonder.
But should I call?
The choice was yours.
The ball was in your court.
It was your move. Only one away from check mate.
But the phone stayed dark.
The room silent.
Concern will get the best of me.
As soon as I dry my hair so it won't drip on the phone.
